“Incompetent” is pretty negative, so there’s no telling except it probably won’t be printable. According to some polls, Bush popularity just broke to a new all-time low. This suggests that stocks are likely to follow the President down rather than pull his popularity up to the high ground they’ve been clinging to in recent months.
