It sure didn’t take long for the “change” idea to make its presence felt in the 2008 race. We started the Special Report in this month’s issue of The Elliott Wave Financial Forecast calling for big changes in 2008, but even we were surprised on Saturday night when the contestants started trying to upstage one another by itemizing their qualifications as agents of change. When Richardson gave up soft pedaling his credentials and said, “I love change,” the level of patronage to a trend change was almost scary. The winds of change are blowing hard now, and politicians are falling in line with its direction. Voters better be careful what they wish for.
